AI Audit & Roadmap
fixed-price engagementA two-to-three-week engagement where we map your processes, audit your data, and deliver a written assessment plus a phased build roadmap. Most clients use this either as a standalone deliverable or as the first step before deciding whether to engage us for build work.

Pilot or Proof-of-Concept Build
fixed-price engagementA four-to-eight-week engagement to build a working version of the highest-priority system identified in the audit. Goes far enough to either validate the approach or prove that we should change course before scaling.

Custom Build
time-and-materialsFull production builds — typically three to six months of work, sometimes longer. Priced on T&M because real builds change shape mid-project and fixed-price projects either get padded or fail when scope shifts.

Monthly Retainer
ongoingFor clients who want continuous improvement, on-call engineering, and regular evals on already-shipped systems. Also used for embedded AI engineering inside in-house teams.
Starts at ₹3,50,000 / month ($4,500 / month)
Founder hourly rate, when relevant for advisory work or expert reviews: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 ($100 – $150) per hour. All prices in INR are exclusive of GST. International pricing in USD; we invoice in USD or INR depending on client preference and tax position.

Why publish pricing at all?
Because most AI agencies don't, and the people who are price-conscious about AI engagements are exactly the ones we want to talk to. If our ranges put us outside your budget, that's a productive five-minute conversation instead of a wasted thirty-minute discovery call.
Are these ranges firm?
The ranges are honest current-state numbers, not anchoring. We'll come back with a specific number after a discovery call. Below the lower bound is unusual; above the upper bound happens when scope, integrations, or compliance get heavy.
Why time-and-materials for Custom Build?
Because real builds change shape mid-project. Fixed-price builds either get padded with contingency (you pay more for predictability) or fail when scope shifts (you pay for change orders). T&M with weekly invoicing and an agreed weekly cap is honest about how the work actually behaves.
Do you negotiate?
Within reason. We have a minimum project size (about ₹2,50,000) because below that we can't deliver something we'd be proud of. We do scale rates for genuine non-profits, public-good work, and early-stage startups with strong founders — drop us a note and tell us about your situation.
What's included in the Audit & Roadmap range?
Stakeholder interviews (operators, not just executives), data audit against your stated use case, a written assessment of where AI will and won't help, a phased roadmap with cost projections for each phase, and a one-hour walkthrough call to discuss the deliverable. Most clients use this either as a standalone deliverable or as the first step before deciding whether to engage us for build work.
What's excluded?
GST and other applicable taxes. International invoices in USD. Third-party costs (model inference API usage, cloud infrastructure, any commercial software licences you ask us to integrate) — these are pass-through at cost.
