Data Intellect is an AI consulting and automation firm with engineering operations in Gujarat, India and sales operations in Dubai, UAE. Contact: connect@dataintellect.in.

2. What we collect

When you contact us through this site, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Work email address
  • Company name
  • Phone number (optional)
  • The message you write describing your project
  • The intent context (which CTA you clicked from)
  • Submission timestamp

For analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 in production, which sets cookies and collects approximate-location, device, and browsing-pattern data. See section 6.

3. Why we collect it

  • To respond to your inquiry
  • To send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt
  • To understand site usage patterns (analytics only)

4. Who has access

Inquiry-form submissions are stored in our managed database (currently MongoDB) and forwarded by email to the founders and the project-management address. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

5. How long we retain it

Inquiry data is retained for 36 months from submission unless you request deletion sooner. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be kept longer.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and UAE PDPL you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority

We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when material changes are made. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
